What is Derma Support Gold used for?

An imbalance of yeast on the skin can cause a variety of uncomfortable symptoms for your dog, and also change the appearance and smell of their skin and coat.

The condition often starts with minor itching and red patches on the skin which, over time, can progress to chronic itching, thickened skin, and even hair loss. The excessive yeast causes an increase in oil production on the skin; you may notice a discharge and the coat will often appear greasy. There may also be a crust on the skin and an unpleasant odour.

The itching can be a constant source of discomfort to your dog. The areas most affected are where the skin creases, and canines can commonly be seen trying to relieve itching between the paw pads (gnawing at their paws) and scratching their ears.
