Returns

All items purchased via our website are eligible for return within 90 days of their receival. We kindly request that you do not send any items back to us without contacting us in advance.

All returns require a return authorization number for our fulfillment partner/s to log what has been received in a proper manner, and ensures the quickest and easiest resolution for your refund. Please note that any costs charged to ship your order to you are non-refundable.

We will issue you an email with the full instructions instructions, and you may send your item back via your preferred carrier. We request that you retain the tracking details for the return postage until you have received your credit.


We do not recommend refusing deliveries, or requesting a return-to-sender unless our staff have specifically instructed you to do so; otherwise the refund may not be guaranteed.


A notification will be issued to you once your refund has been processed, which we endeavor to do within 5 days of receiving your return parcel.
